Recycle That Glass

In this 2 day class you will learn lots of fun ways to use various types of glass in your glass art projects.  All you need are some used or found glass, an idea and a few tools to make a fun yard art project, wall art, or functional item to use in your home.  We will discuss how to re-use wine bottles in many different ways, sandblasting, drilling and connecting, slumping, wind chimes, avant garde slumped platters, bas relief, glass line paints and more!  You will learn so much in this class and, it's really fun to boot!  This class meets from 4-10pm over 2 evenings.

Items you can re-use with terrific results are wine bottles, broken pitcher or glasses, louvered glass panels, glass plates or bowls, large glass panels left over from remodeling or building materials, mirrors, and so much more.  What do you have around that you'd like to re-use?

Please bring something broken or laying around that you'd like to use!

Pre-requisite: Intermediate Fused Glass or Cold Working
